Some gender specialists in the NHS appear to be doubling down following the Cass Review.

That gives us in the US an important warning about what to expect when the house of cards begins to fall here. Reminds me of the ‘whack-a-mole’ description of our attempts to defeat al Qaeda without fully understanding the cult’s constituents or its motivations. We would take out some guy at the top, say ‘mission accomplished,’ then turn away while the ambitious underlings multiplied. This feels like a premonition of how the psychopathy of ‘trans’ is going to unfold everywhere it’s gained purchase.

Very discouraging to hear that the NHS is still prescribing puberty blockers. How many generations will pass before people get off the trans train?

I agree Sandra, too many people heard about the legislation and jumped to the conclusion that there was a ban on blockers. That was never the case, sadly.

Successive UK Governments have reduced payments to hospital trusts for routine treatments, leaving only "innovation", whether experimental surgery or IT "population management" of the incidence of disease, as new means of raising essential income. The incentives are completely wrong. I agree with the analysis by Daniel Howard James.

Thanks for the comment, Una-Jane. I wish the NHS Reinstatement Bill had gained more traction.

I just finished reading Gregg Olsen's Starvation Heights - a true story of murder and malice in Olalla, WA, about a woman "doctor" Linda Hazzard who promoted the fasting, i.e., diet. As with her, we see the evil and greed that drives these surgeons to commit atrocities on a vulnerable population.

Rogue doctors are why medical regulation had to be invented!

Thanks so much for this VERY ILLUMINATING and THOUGHT-PROVOKING article on Medical Safety for ALL human beings. especially those trusting their health care professional to have the patient’s best interest at heart.

Your HIGHLIGHTING of the “monetary streams” add a depth to this discussion not considered by many.

I certainly was EDUCATED by what you share here!

Thanks Rita, you’re welcome! Many other people have written about the financial aspects of the gender business before me. I’d like to broaden the discussion to include potential psychopathy within the medical and surgical professions which we all rely on.

ALL "gender" surgeons are psychopaths.

I would have to meet them all to have an idea if that was true. The examples in my article are not gender specialists, although one of them did a really high number of mastectomies, sometimes several in a day. If they weren't imprisoned, perhaps they might have done more of these surgeries, including transmasculine patients.

Do you think so?

There is no such thing as being born in the wrong body (“trans”).

There is no such thing as changing sex.

Who else would do these things to people? Especially young people.

Clearly psychopaths. Especially the AGP ones.

(TBF, I haven’t read the article)

Sociopathy and psychopathy are usually defined with respect to conscience. It’s also possible to find conscientious people who are completely deluded, for example well-meaning cult followers. I do have questions in the article about people who specialise in cutting breasts and genitals, and speculate that there’s a sadistic motivation for at least some of them.

Thanks for the link, it’s disturbing to find out boys are being shortened in height to ‘pass’ as girls. In the original version of ‘The Life and Loves of a She-Devil’ by Fay Weldon, there was a leg-lengthening operation on the protagonist.

I'm really not surprised by this article and the horrors that some surgeons have carried out. I've come across articles where it's suggested that doctors who practice 'gender medicine' and 'gender surgeries' on children are motivated by paedophilia, that is damaging children for their own pleasure/satisfaction. In other words, they're psychopaths.

Not all psychopaths are like the stereotype, but sadism is one potential explanation for surgeons who specialise in removing breasts and genitals without a medical justification. I don't see how sadism can be reconciled with good conscience, which implies a sadist must be at least a sociopath, if not a psychopath. As we saw in the Liberty Five case, there are also masochists who will not only consent to be harmed, but will argue that being harmed is a human right.

Dr Frankensteins exit in Portland to remove female breasts, do phalloplasties ( creat fake penis) all in the service of gender ideology.
